  • Flame Grilled meat balls with hickory smoked BBQ Sauce

  • Tender calamari strips with smokey mayonnaise

  • Assorted snack wraps including:

    • Ham off the bone, swiss, mustard & rocket

    • Teryaki chicken, bean sprouts & sweet chilli mayo

    • Southern steak, grilled bacon & spicy beans

  • Porcini mushroom & parmesan cheese puffs

  • House smoked pork baby back ribs

  • Crispy chicken dippers with honey mustard sauce

  • Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli & lime dipping sauce

  • Prawn & Pork shaomai – served with a sweet soy sauce

PARTY MENU 2 - $15.50 per head

  • Selection of “Good Nuts” including Salt and Vinegar, BBQ Kri Kri and Chilli Kri Kri
  • Corn Chips and Pretzals
  • Choose 7 items from party food list

All finger food items are served with a variety of dipping sauces:

Confirmation of final numbers is required 48 hours prior to function.

Payment is required on the night of the party.
