The spaces available for hire are free of charge for all functions; upstairs and downstairs. Talk to our staff to decide which area best suits your event, or even better, organise a day and time to come in for a closer look.

• Upstairs Function Room – 130 person capacity (min. 30)

• Bistro – 40 person capacity (min. 15) (Cocktail, party or banquet menus only)

• Beer Garden – 80 person capacity (min. 15)
  

UPSTAIRS FUNCTION ROOM

TV & DVD - The Astor Hotel provides several televisions which screen both digital free to air and all sports channels on Pay-TV.

For those with DVD movies, slideshows, or other presentations a DVD player can be provided upon request.

Music – The Astor Hotel function room has the same nightlife system it uses downstairs which plays a variety of music from pub rock, classic hits to current top 40 hits. If your own music is preferred our audio system enables iPod/iPhone or laptop connections.

Decorations – The Astor Hotel is happy for you to decorate the area for your occasion.

Final guest numbers need to be confirmed with us three days prior to your event.

 (A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the function room - the deposit will be deducted from the final account.)
